Reporting Fly-Tipping on Private Land

The National Farmers Union encourages farmers and members of the public to report incidences of fly-tipping to the local authority, even when fly-tipping occurs on private land; the local authority should be informed so that the statistics reflect the scale of the issue more accurately.
