Post Box Update

Email received 3rd October from Deborah Buey, Escalated Resolution Team, Royal Mail:

“I have leased (sic) with the Manager, he has advised this has been passed to the company Romec that place the Post Boxes on behalf of Royal Mail. I am sorry to advise at this time we do not know when this is going to be sited in the village.

I am sorry that I can not be of any further assistance at this time.”

No further information is known, we do not know which of the four suggested sites have been identified, but it does look like that progress is being made to restore a postal collection service in the village.
